Jerry Bauer is a Product Design Engineer with 25 plus years’ experience in manufacturing, design, and product development. His experience ranges from semiconductor manufacturing equipment, robotics, fiber optics, and water purification. He has proven expertise in R&D, data analysis along with product testing and verification. Mr. Bauer is an articulate communicator who excels in developing motivated, cohesive teams.        

Jerry attended California State University Sacramento CA. as Electrical engineering major. He served 4 years in the US Navy achieving the rank of petty officer second class and an associate’s degree in Electronics.             

When Jerry is not focused on his professional career, he spends most of his time Road cycling and mountain biking.
